In March 2015, the first issues of Edible Nashville magazine rolled off the presses, and 24 issues later, the brand reaches 56,000 loyal readers. In print and online, Edible Nashville has grown into our area’s premiere destination for all things local food, including farm dinners, pop-ups, and the Edible Kitchen.
Jill has 30 years of experience in food writing, editing, recipe development, public speaking, and magazine publishing. She’s eaten dinner with Julia Child and calls many iconic food writers friends.
As a registered dietitian and professional cook, she has contributed to, edited, and produced numerous cookbooks.
Jill spent 15 years with Cooking Light Magazine, where she was instrumental in guiding the editorial content and food style that made Cooking Light the country’s number one epicurean magazine. Then, she was editor-in-chief at Relish, a monthly food magazine distributed in over 900 newspapers to 16 million readers, while also producing the food content for sister magazines American Profile and Community Table.
