About the speaker
Jessica Whalen is the founder and Creative Director of Jessica Whalen Films, a video production and storytelling strategy studio in Northwest Arkansas built on one conviction: that the most powerful stories are the ones told with full honesty and emotional depth.
With over 13 years behind the camera and a background rooted in cinema, Jessica works with women, femme, and LGBTQIA+ entrepreneurs to help them tell the stories that actually matter to them in authentic and human-first ways. Her work lives at the intersection of empathy and craft, spanning brand storytelling, messaging strategy, video production, and content creation.
Jessica is an active member of the Northwest Arkansas creative community, serving on the board of NWA Book Fest and CreativeMornings Fayetteville. She is committed to building spaces (on and off screen) where authentic, creative work can thrive.
No matter what room she's in, she hopes everyone in it with her feels safe, seen, and celebrated in who they are.

Additional details
Parking for Apple Seeds is available in the Gulley Park parking lot off of Old Wire Road. From there it’s a short walk north to the gates of the farm. We’ll have greeters to point you in the right direction. It is an outdoor walk across grass so please wear weather-appropriate attire!
