About the speaker

Jennifer Lehe leads transformative experiences through art -- helping people notice, imagine, and connect. Jen serves as the Deputy Director for Learning & Engagement at the Columbus Museum of Art, where she has supported the Museum to experiment toward deep impacts and audience relevance, including nationally-recognized projects including Making Creativity Visible, the Center for Art and Social Engagement, the Wonder School laboratory preschool, and Cultivating Creative and Civic Capacities. Jen has presented at conferences including the American Alliance of Museums, the National Arts Education Association, Battelle for Kids, National Gallery of Art (Australia), and Singapore Ministry of Education; and she serves on the Early Childhood Development and Education Advisory Committee for Columbus State Community College, the Steering Committee of the Summer Institute of Authentic Learning and Leadership, the Leadership Columbus Curriculum Committee, and the Board of the Short North Alliance.

Jen holds a master’s degree in Arts in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. If she's not at the Museum, she's probably in her backyard with her pitbull, Chompsky.
