When you’re busy sciencing all day, how do you get creative? Do you need outlets for creativity, or is it actually part of your job?

Hiren Joshi is an assistant professor at the Copenhagen Centre for Glycomics, at the University of Copenhagen, and he’s accidentally stumbled into being creative to understand more about the mystical world of sugars. His talk will delve into his experiences at the fuzzy boundary between science and art, and how he got creative to solve some tricky puzzles.
