About this FieldTrip
A forty-five minute workshop that will talk about how the world around us impacts our ability to focus and get sh*t done and what we can do about it. No, Iâm not going to tell you to stop being on social media. But I am going to give you small actionable changes you can implement in your life that will help you find your focus.
â¨WHAT TO EXPECT
âď¸ Opening Conversation: How do I currently feel? Can I identify when I feel out of focus? Can I identify what is happening around me that makes it challenging to focus?âď¸ Our World Today: Everything is made to take your focus away from what you want to be/should be doing
âď¸ Identify what it could be: We will talk a bit about ADHD and depression and how those can also impact our ability to focus.
âď¸ Action Items: What are the small life changes you can make to improve your ability to focus and get sh*t done.
âď¸Make a plan: Share with the group via chat what you plan to be doing to move towards finding your focus.

Kandy Christensen is a life coach who is focused on helping people reconnect with themselves and their dreams. She works with clients to build an action plan to turn those dreams into attainable goals. Kandy is a crafter who loves textiles, every personality test she has taken says she is a knowledge seeker, an empath, and a highly sensitive person.
