About this FieldTrip

When the world is in transition you might notice changes in sleep, focus and your ability to resource yourself. When things are changing, we don’t always feel safe on a deep internal level.

Join us for a workshop to:

❣️Learn tools to cultivate deep inner safety in a constantly changing world

❣️Be in community with others

❣️Receive support from two different coaches who know what it’s like to change everything in life and still thrive

Once we feel safe we can be insanely creative, wildly compassionate, calm in turmoil and collaborative. By the end of this workshop you will experience more ease and specific practices you can put into action immediately to cultivate inner safety.

FROM YOUR CO-HOST, DREW TAYLOR COHEN:

Hi, I’m Drew, a certified coach providing heart-centered support and safe partnerships to helpers who are ready to follow their heart’s desire.

Trained in holistic, neurodiverse and values-aligned coaching techniques, I help people at a crossroads develop a strong internal compass so they can live a more aligned, authentic life, but don’t want to do it alone.

Please note: This FieldTrip offers optional breakout rooms. If you do not feel like joining one for any reason, no worries! We'll make sure you have something to do introspectively in the main room.

Agenda

  • Arrive and Ground - We'll start with a short grounding exercise to arrive and connect with ourselves.

  • Explore and Experience - You'll experience an exercise to explore inner safety and discover ways to cultivate more ease. Participants will be given live instructions and a worksheet to track their own individual experiences and move into different levels of safety.

  • Share and integrate - You'll either breakout into *optional* small groups to share what you uncovered or spend times writing about how you'll integrate your discoveries. Speaking your discoveries and intentions out loud or writing them can help solidify them.

  • Motivate and Next Steps - We will close with intentions to empower you on your journey to cultivate inner safety and you’ll leave with clear next steps. We'll wrap up by answering your questions.

What to know or bring

  • Please bring a pen/pencil, a notebook or blank piece of paper, a beverage and anything else you need to feel comfortable.

How to make the most of FieldTrips

The FieldTrips experience is defined not only by what the host has to share, but also by how we show up individually and collectively. The way we show up impacts our capacity to be moved, inspired, and activated.

Show up fully

Get ready to be immersed! Engage with smiles, nods, waves, emojis. Share in the chat. Get cozy. Turn off notifications. Sip your favorite beverage.

Stay curious

Wear your beginner’s hat. Go with the flow. Welcome the stumbles and fumbles. Congratulate yourself for trying. Keep going!

Celebrate your host

Our hosts are members of the CreativeMornings community—just like you! Everyone comes to this with different backgrounds—a lot of our hosts have never done anything like this before! And we love that! Cheer them on when something goes awry and when it goes perfectly.

Support each other

We’re all figuring things out in real time. Celebrate, rather than critique emerging ideas. Cheer each other on as you try new things.  Try “Yes! And…” in conversation.

Not vibing?

It’s 100% okay when a FieldTrip does not resonate with you. Pop out quietly and try another experience later. Fill out the survey with your feedback (no dms to host or chat commentary, please.)
