About the speaker
Nana Martins is a Conscious Communication & Relational Coach who guides curious people to cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and with others. Her mentorship offers a unique blend of tools from her extensive background in communications, drawing lessons from experts such as Esther Perel and Brené Brown, as well as from her personal experiences and conscious practices such as guided meditation and journaling.
She is here to support others in speaking up about their needs, boundaries, shame, and vulnerabilities so that they feel more confident, assertive, joyful, and grounded when they speak.
Nana also manages a thriving coworking space in Lisbon, Resvés Cowork, where she helps its members foster meaningful connections.

Nana’s coaching practice was born following a series of “kismet” events, one of which involved missing a bus by a mere 5 seconds, which led to the kickstarting of her website. However, even though her predisposition to spirituality makes it easy to accept that everything happens for a reason, Nana believes, above all, in the powerful collaboration between intentionality and fate. In this talk, Nana will share meaningful moments from her inspiring life journey to make the case for attuning yourself to the signs of the Universe while also applying intention to every choice we make. In this way she will show how we can be the best co-creators with the cosmos by choosing to experience life with curiosity, trust, and openness to magic.
