You can only do something because you have another one next to you who is doing that you don't want to do or can't do or deny its importance.

One person can take risks better when there is someone next to them who actually manages and assesses the risk.

Work is no longer even just a production economy, nor even just a service economy. It's an identity economy. It isn't just what I'm gonna do next, it's who I'm gonna be next.
