About the speaker
Edial Dekker worked in tech for a long time before starting the Okidoki brewery. After graduating, he launched his first company in Berlin. Following an acquisition, he moved to San Francisco, where a tech colleague taught him how to brew beer. Three years later, Edial quit his job and relocated to Canada to make wine and cider at Revel. Now, he runs a nano-brewery in Amsterdam where he creates weird wines, ciders, and beers.
