Eddy has served as the Executive Director of Lifework Leadership Orlando, the premier leadership development organization dedicated to transforming business leaders by inspiring spiritual leadership in the marketplace. He is also a Senior Fellow at PathNorth in Washington D.C., an organization founded to help leaders broaden their definition of success and find meaning, authenticity and a fresh perspective for life and work. As a social entrepreneur, he was a founding partner of B.A.M., LLC is a holding company for job-creating franchises providing first class virtual office and virtual receptionist solutions. Eddy is also the founder of Laurus International Services. Laurus offers domestic, and near-shore call center and business processes and is a strategic leader in multi functional, outsourcing services with a cause. His mission with each enterprise has been to further the development of people, the success of clients and the benefit of the community. As a world-class speaker, Eddy is passionate about inspiring and equipping leaders to make a difference. For over 20 years he has spoken to and shared the stage with the CEO’s and corporate leaders of major organizations such as Bank of America, Florida Hospital, AOL, Vermeer Southeast, Brighthouse, Pepsi, Coca Cola, Service Master, Walmart, U.S. Navy, Chick Fil-A, Johnson & Johnson, Chase, Tyson Foods, Trammell Crow, Tupperware and others.
