🥟 Dumpling Discussions #1

BROOKLYN, 110201

About this Club

Dumpling Discussions is a gathering focused around two of my love languages: dumpling-making and vulnerable conversations. My mission is to fill your tummies with delicious dumplings while filling your hearts with new ideas & perspectives.

Each meetup will have a different theme for the discussion topic.

Dumpling-making ingredients, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. All you have to do is bring your curiosity, an open heart, and your best dumpling-making game face!

✨WHAT TO EXPECT

✔️ The flow of the evening will be a cooking class at first!

✔️Once folks get the hang of it, I will transition into moderating the discussion portion of the night while we cook and eat the fruits (dumplings) of our labor!

🎒WHAT TO KNOW: SUGGESTED MATERIALS FEE

✔️ I will provide all of the dumpling ingredients, snacks, and drinks!

ABOUT YOUR HOST

I am a first generation Chinese American who grew up in a pre-dominantly white suburb outside of Pittsburgh. I never really embraced my Chinese heritage growing up. But as I’ve gotten older, I’ve grown to absolutely love everything about it. I want to share my love of Chinese culture with as many people as possible. I also love the idea of more intimate, poignant conversations. What better vehicle to facilitate deep discussion than dumpling making?
