Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consultant and Educator at Talents Connection.
My fascination with human behaviour by researching and educating myself in topics such as “Morality in Everyday Life” by Paul Bloom from Yale, “Become a change-maker entrepreneur” by HEC Paris, “Le Savoir-Relier: leading with sense” by Valerie Gauthier from HEC Paris (just to mention a few) which, together with my life story, has led me to the legacy of educate individuals for a more inclusive world therefore to become an international consultant and trainer on diversity and inclusion at the executive level and for top schools. As a multilingual professional I act globally helping individuals understand their own internal and external biases that create stereotypes and therefore decision-making that negatively impact the careers of underrepresented people. My approach is aimed to challenge perceptions, attitudes, behaviours and listening skills through empathy activities to demonstrate how all of these affect us, not only personally but also in the workplace.
During this FieldTrip, I will introduce the participants the principles of Inclusive Leadership and the 6 traits of character a leader have to develop to create a culture of belonging and foster innovation : Commitment, Courage, Cognizance of Bias, Curiosity, Cultural Intelligence and Collaboration (inspired on Deloitte & Catalyst researches).
This interactive session will include a drawing exercise to explore the participants perception of these traits in a Leader in addition to the opportunity to learn and use their active listening skills during a dialogue in pairs.
Daniela Felletti, whose fascination with human behaviour and education towards a more inclusive world has led her to become an executive level Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultant and educator. Daniela uses the pronouns she/hers and she identifies herself as a woman of colour with Brazilian indigenous and Italian roots. Daniela is also an experienced Lecturer in top schools, and an international corporate speaker on Equality & Inclusive Leadership.
In this session, she will help us explore different perceptions of inclusive leadership through sensorial, drawing and active listening activities. A creative and effective way to create meaningful connections and unlock curiosity.

The FieldTrips experience is defined not only by what the host has to share, but also by how we show up individually and collectively. The way we show up impacts our capacity to be moved, inspired, and activated.
Get ready to be immersed! Engage with smiles, nods, waves, emojis. Share in the chat. Get cozy. Turn off notifications. Sip your favorite beverage.
Wear your beginner’s hat. Go with the flow. Welcome the stumbles and fumbles. Congratulate yourself for trying. Keep going!
Our hosts are members of the CreativeMornings community—just like you! Everyone comes to this with different backgrounds—a lot of our hosts have never done anything like this before! And we love that! Cheer them on when something goes awry and when it goes perfectly.
We’re all figuring things out in real time. Celebrate, rather than critique emerging ideas. Cheer each other on as you try new things. Try “Yes! And…” in conversation.
It’s 100% okay when a FieldTrip does not resonate with you. Pop out quietly and try another experience later. Fill out the survey with your feedback (no dms to host or chat commentary, please.)
