Broken trust creates gulfs between you and people you rely on = fractured relationships. Jazz yourself to fix them, now.

Fixing Fractures – Doug Bouey’s newest book creates a sure path to peace of mind and a quiet heart. Nothing blocks the open flow of life more than a break with a trusted work partner, close associate or family member. Fractures ruin prospects, destroy collaboration and create gaping holes in trust. Low morale in the workplace? Probably traceable to a breach of the trust container within. Friendships are lost, value destroyed – all because of interpersonal rifts and fueds. Is that really so? Is it over? So many think so and try to “get rid” of the relationship. They write the other player out of the picture, push them into a corner, grey them out, fire them [a total loss of future contribution] or work around them. None of it works. If instead they exercised the courage and discipline of applying this simple straightforward and practical approach, they could go straight to the heart of the matter with confidence and skill.
