Do you love making lists?
We’ve all made at least a grocery list or to-do list before.
But what if you could use list-making as a tool to spark joy and discover your next creative idea?
In this workshop, I’ll guide us through a short meditation, creative writing prompts, and a series of list-making prompts for you to generate new ideas, spark new inspiration, and discover your next creative idea.
From joy lists to inspiration lists to places I’ve been to bodies of water I’ve swum in, the possibilities are endless!
Come with an open mind, a spirit of play, and something to write with.

Get ready to be immersed! Engage with smiles, nods, waves, emojis. Share in the chat. Get cozy. Turn off notifications. Sip your favorite beverage.
Stay curious
Wear your beginner’s hat. Go with the flow. Welcome the stumbles and fumbles. Congratulate yourself for trying. Keep going!
