Devajyoti Ray

A senior IPS officer, presently posted as ADGP (Grievances and Human Rights) with the Karnataka Government, Devajyoti Ray is however better known as a pioneering artist who initiated the 21st century art genre called Pseudorealism.
At a time, when we find it difficult to differentiate between the truth and the fake, between the real and the propaganda, Pseudorealism as an art genre becomes all the more relevant. Ray’s Pseudorealistic art works have been exhibited around the world in various venues and are found in important private as well as public collections.
