Darryl Riley shares his life experience before and after acceptance, and how things shifted when he found the wisdom and courage to change his mind in order to change everything.

We all know somebody who has gone through challenges and been in trouble. Darryl Riley found a surplus of trouble in his life and made fundamental changes in his life in order to change and find opportunity. Realizing he no longer had to be accepting of where he was in life, what society said, and what hurt, he began taking action to take and find acceptance as a redefined man.

About the speaker

Darryl Riley is a survivor.

He was born into poverty, dysfunction and a broken home. At age 16 Darryl received 3 felonies a fistfight, and was introduced to cocaine the same summer.
Years of struggling with drugs and incarceration took up a substantial portion of Darryl’s adult life.

But yet, a paradigm shift did occur.

Today Darryl is the proud owner of 3 businesses, including a franchise. He's also a master barber, nonprofit founder & CEO, and community leader.

Darryl works to provide opportunities for those experiencing the struggles he was able to overcome. He believes if he can make it out and become successful, anyone can.
