Communities are built around values.

Creating a community is extremely complicated and it’s complicated because communities are made of people.

Community has shared intention.

Transparency and communication are key.

We need to sit next to people who can help us and in return we can help them.

In communities we have strength and energy. We can use that to make things happen.

If you haven't found your community, make steps to create one, even if it is just saying hello to your neighbour.

Rabble has become this community people can reach out to when they don't anyone. It's actually the community I was looking for when I first moved into the city. And I'm incredibly proud of that.

The way they spoke about this space and the community they were trying to create, about collaboration, about side projects and genuinely being friends was really exciting at the time, and I thought this has to happen in Cardiff!

It takes a village to create communities.

Building a space for people to work in is incredibly easy, but building a community is extremely complicated.

All you need to build a space for people to work in is super comfy furniture, you need really good WiFi, and you need delicious coffee.
