Damian Mosley operates a small, bustling food business in Baltimore called blacksauce kitchen. Prior to Baltimore, he cooked, studied, taught, and wrote about food in New York City, Senegal, and Philadelphia – always with an intense focus on race. His food and thought hews from these cities where he’s spent his adult life, and also the American South where he was raised.
