Creative AfterHours: Cooking Class with Jake Rothschild

On Sept. 29 from 6-9 p.m., Jake Rothschild of Jake’s Ice Cream is hosting us at his culinary school, The Cooking School at Irwin Street. For this Creative AfterHours event, Jake and 25 members of our CM community will co-create a family-style meal: paella and sangria. Students will be guided by Chef Jake to make everything from scratch. At the end of the class, we’ll celebrate our culinary accomplishment and enjoy the meal together. It’s as much of a social experience, as a learning experience.

Note: • This is a verbal cooking class. Recipes will be mailed electronically after the class • For the enjoyment of all, no attendees will be admitted min after 6:45pm. • Any food allergies or aversions? Let us know! Yet if you have any severe allergic reactions, we recommend joining us for the Next AfterHours instead.
