We’ll explore the basic outline of the Freedom Framework â a diagnostic tool and intuitive approach that uncovers the root issues behind time management challenges.
Rather than allowing labels like “lazy” or “procrastinator” to define us, or adopting one-size-fits-all solutions, participants are encouraged to investigate themselves with curiosity and compassion, allowing their own inner child to guide them to whatâs hard, what doesnât work, and why, so they can begin to work towards real solutions.
Anne Boccatois a musician, storyteller, educator and time management consultant born and raised in SĂŁo Paulo, Brazil. Anne has been living in the United States for over 17 years â immersed in the arts scene in New York City, teaching, performing with her band Asaran Earth Trio and collaborating with wonderful musicians.
Her time management journey began when she was about ten years old and made herself a schedule that she couldnât stick to for more than a few days â the first of many such frustrating experiences.
After hitting an all-time low a few years after graduating college, Anne finally stopped asking herself the wrong questions (âGod, why did you make me so lazy?!â and the classic âwhatâs WRONG with me?â), and began asking some new ones (âare there strategies that can work for me? If so, what are they?â). Eight months and much research later, Anne was leading her vocal trio on their very first European tour (a self-organized endeavor that spanned 20 cities across eight countries!), and feeling like a brand-new badass, who’s very much NOT lazy! She now delights to share the strategies that got her there with anyone who wants to feel tired and happy when their head hits the pillow at the end of the day.

The FieldTrips experience is defined not only by what the host has to share, but also by how we show up individually and collectively. The way we show up impacts our capacity to be moved, inspired, and activated.
Get ready to be immersed! Engage with smiles, nods, waves, emojis. Share in the chat. Get cozy. Turn off notifications. Sip your favorite beverage.
Wear your beginnerâs hat. Go with the flow. Welcome the stumbles and fumbles. Congratulate yourself for trying. Keep going!Â
Our hosts are members of the CreativeMornings communityâjust like you! Everyone comes to this with different backgroundsâa lot of our hosts have never done anything like this before! And we love that! Cheer them on when something goes awry and when it goes perfectly.
Weâre all figuring things out in real time. Celebrate, rather than critique emerging ideas. Cheer each other on as you try new things. Try âYes! AndâŠâ in conversation.
Itâs 100% okay when a FieldTrip does not resonate with you. Pop out quietly and try another experience later. Fill out the survey with your feedback (no dms to host or chat commentary, please.)
