Christian Pierce is a Project Manager at the University of St. Gallen Competence Centre for Diversity and Inclusion. He is an assistant lecturer and teaches the course Increasing Racial and Ethnic Equity in Switzerland while simultaneously pursuing a PhD in Organization Studies and Cultural Theory, focusing on antiracism in multinational corporations. Christian graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Economics and received a Master of Science Degree in Business from the COPPEAD Graduate School of Business at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. He has advised some of the world’s top banks, firms, and tech companies on D&I, specializing in racial and ethnic equity and reverse mentorship programs. Before his civilian career, Christian was a Captain in the US Army, which included two deployments working with foreign militaries in the Middle East.
