About the speaker

Chef Irfan Pabaney has been at the helm of some of the most notable restaurants in his 20 years in the restaurant business. Under the Over, Seijo and the Soul Dish, Indigo and Hakkasan have all been important stops on his culinary journey over the past 20 years. After all that time he finally decided to branch out on his own along with his partner and co-owner Chef Rachel Goenka and the duo ventured out to start their dream restaurant The Sassy Spoon.
