About the speaker
Cecilia is the owner of Creative Talent Partners, a training and development firm that specializes in coaching new and struggling managers and the teams they lead. Through one-on-one coaching, group workshops and remote webinars, she works to build the strengths and skills of both emerging and established managers. She is also the co-founder of Empowership, a year-long remote-access training and mentorship program for women.
