Ling Choi

Experience Designer, Cultural Storyteller.

Helsinki, Finland

From working in tech to side-hustling in the wellness industry, I have had a non-linear career path. Nowadays, I am a Cultural Storyteller and Experience Designer, sparking joy and inspiration to help you reconnect with the art of living. As mindfulness is a way of living, I decide to bring mindfulness beyond the typical yoga studio setting. Besides coaching, I design and facilitate bespoke Bridal Blessing Circles and collaborate with different platforms. My holistic sessions are like mini-retreats—intimate yet profound to balance, rejuvenate and elevate the body, mind and soul.

I have designed activation for YouTube Creator Collective, Anthropologie, Bridal Blessing Circle at boutique hotel Villa Lena in Tuscany, also giving back to communities in need e.g. Ukrainian refugees, homeless and youth with mental health issues.

No detail is too small, no moment too fleeting—what is your joy?

About this FieldTrip

This is not a typical yoga or breath work class.

This is a series of reset — a chance to calm your nervous system in just 60s by: ✨ releasing tension, ✨ finding clarity, ✨ returning to your day refreshed and present.

It is also an invite to drop your guard, to come home to your breath. That small sway, that collective inhale, that playful stretch spark a ripple of softening, a ripple of connection.

Success doesn’t just come from pushing harder. It can look like a calm nervous system and clarity.

You will walk away with your own 1-Minute Reset Toolkit — simple techniques that turn calm into your advantage in creativity, focus, and presence.

Even one minute can be profound.

Please note: This FieldTrip offers optional breakout rooms. If you do not feel like joining one for any reason, no worries! We'll make sure you have something to do introspectively in the main room.

How to make the most of FieldTrips

The FieldTrips experience is defined not only by what the host has to share, but also by how we show up individually and collectively. The way we show up impacts our capacity to be moved, inspired, and activated.

Show up fully

Get ready to be immersed! Engage with smiles, nods, waves, emojis. Share in the chat. Get cozy. Turn off notifications. Sip your favorite beverage.

Stay curious

Wear your beginner’s hat. Go with the flow. Welcome the stumbles and fumbles. Congratulate yourself for trying. Keep going!

Celebrate your host

Our hosts are members of the CreativeMornings community—just like you! Everyone comes to this with different backgrounds—a lot of our hosts have never done anything like this before! And we love that! Cheer them on when something goes awry and when it goes perfectly.

Support each other

We’re all figuring things out in real time. Celebrate, rather than critique emerging ideas. Cheer each other on as you try new things.  Try “Yes! And…” in conversation.

Not vibing?

It’s 100% okay when a FieldTrip does not resonate with you. Pop out quietly and try another experience later. Fill out the survey with your feedback (no dms to host or chat commentary, please.)
