About the speaker
DJ, sound artist, journalist. Plays deep and dirty electronic muzik since 1989 at Radio B92 and in various clubs all over Balkan and Europe. Radio B92's music editor (1993-1999) and B92 website editor (1999-2004). His thoughts on pop and society are published in a number of books and publications such as The Wire, Index on Censorship, Face, etc. He performed soundworks and soundscapes on various Kunstradio and Ars Electronica events. Active in humanitarian work as part of foundation Fond B92, and in organising self-initiated actions concerning migrants in 2015.

We wanted to join Gordan and active citizens in series of humanitarian and social actions have been organised this summer in assistance to refugees from the Middle East, passing through Serbia. We organise a breakfast in the park near the bus station, because it is important to gather with the children and the people who live there - to share food and smiles and help them in the most important journey - to freedom… Everyone is invited to spend the August morning in the park and through conversation and socialising actively join the fight against xenophobia and racism in Belgrade.
