Blossom with Design Biennale Zurich

Gabriela Chicherio is a product designer specialising in concepts, curation, exhibitions and communication. She currently works as festival director of Zurich Design Weeks and as co-curator of the Design Biennale Zurich, both of which she co-founded.

SIDE BY SIDE: The Zurich Design Biennale celebrates its fifth edition from 5 to 14 September 2025, transforming the Old Botanical Garden at UZH into a place of gathering, exchange and interaction. Since 2017, the Design Biennale Zurich has been bringing design to life every two years, appealing to all the senses. The anniversary edition will focus on eleven visionary design projects and installations that explore the interplay between society, materials and technology, inviting visitors to discover and think.
