About the speaker
Blake Rutherford currently serves as Senior Advisor to the Mayor of Fayetteville. Previously, he served as Chief of Staff and special advisor to attorneys general in Arkansas and Pennsylvania. An attorney, Blake has practiced with firms in Little Rock, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. and has represented clients across a range of industries before federal and state agencies. He holds B.A. in Political Science from Middlebury College, a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and an LL.M in International Law from the University of Michigan Law School. He's currently pursuing his Ph.D in History at the University of Arkansas with an emphasis on the history of international law.
