Bianca Montoya speaks on rethinking the idea of critical.

From self compassion to activism, Bianca asks us to consider what “critical” means in and for our lives and gives us permission to add humor to the conversation.

About the speaker

Bianca Montoya is Director of Communications and Marketing for Trailblazers, focusing on bicycle advocacy, multi-use trails, and education. She was a key partner in bringing the Critical Mass Summit, which sought to reduce barriers to participation in the trails, cycling, and active transportation community, to NWA in 2021. The summit is slated to return in 2022.

Bianca moved to Northwest Arkansas to attend the University of Arkansas. After studying Advertising and Public Relations, Bianca began volunteering with organizations across the region. This spurred her passion for contributing to the community and led her to get more involved in the local nonprofit scene. Bianca has been on the lists for Arkansas Life's Top Arkansans of 2018, NWA Business Journal's 2019 Fast 15, and Celebrate Magazine’s 2019 'Ones to Watch.'
