Beth Cosi is an Entrepreneur, an Inspired Nerd and a Yoga Teacher. She helps others to attend to their joy, observe their pause and feel more comfortable in their bodies and skin. Beth has a rare knack for bringing people together and connecting unlikely pairs. As the Founder and Owner of Bendy Brewski Yoga, she does just that, bringing together beer and yoga! The New York Times named her Innovator of the Yoga and Beer Movement, which has become a world-wide trend. She also has brought yoga and mindfulness into the workplace, and even into the boardroom, through her work with Go Interactive Wellness. In addition to working with individual and private corporate clients, Beth is also a consultant and coach with Rodan + Fields skincare.
Born in Memphis, Beth has called Charleston home for 18 years. When Beth isn’t busy helping the Lowcountry de-stress, she adores being a mother to her two amazing teenaged children, Highland and Paloma. She is nurturing, wholehearted and a little bit saucy; and thrives on helping people create pathways to ease and more mindful experiences.
