About the speaker
Dr. Elias, a veterinarian specialized in horses, came to Oman in 2005 to work in the Royal Court Affairs. He was honored with Omani nationality and appointed as the Honorary Consul of Greece. He is now a consultant on animal health and veterinary governance for various local and UN organizations, bringing extensive experience and an inspiring story of belonging and establishing roots in Oman.
Dr. Suad Al-Mudhaffar was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan. In her early twenties, established a culture school in the suburbs of Tokyo. She later revolutionized private education in Oman by establishing Azzan bin Qais Private School in 1990.
Over the course of her career, she has actively promoted cultural exchange and strengthened ties between Japan and Oman, earning several prestigious awards, including the Order of the Rising Sun from His Majesty the Emperor of Japan.
Dr. Suad is also the author of multiple educational and cultural publications, and her life and legacy have been captured in the documentary “Mudira”. Today, she continues to dedicate herself to fostering cultural exchange and building lasting bridges between Japan and Oman.
Chef Mohammed Mousa is a culinary content creator and the owner of one of the most popular cooking accounts on social media. He shares recipes that blend tradition and innovation, delivering them in a simple and engaging style that makes the cooking experience approachable and accessible for everyone. With clear instructions, he guides his followers to recreate dishes with confidence.
