About the speaker

This April, as we explore CreativeMornings global theme EMBER, we’re happy to welcome Adriana Koscianska to the stage.

Adriana brings over 25 years of experience working across different countries, cultures, and industries. With a background in education and leadership coaching, she explores how people operate within systems in practice, particularly in workplace environments.
She observes recurring patterns: how structures shape behaviour, how roles evolve over time, and what gets lost as systems become more functional and efficient.

In her talk, The Ember Effect, Adriana will explore why passion rarely disappears, but instead becomes quieter when there is no longer space for it. She will offer a clear and practical perspective on how to recognise these patterns and what it means to decide what gets access to your time, attention, and energy.

🌎 The global theme was chosen by our Poulsbo chapter in Washington. Its literal meaning is a small piece of burning or glowing coal or wood in a dying fire. But as a metaphor, it means so much more. Embers represent the quiet, enduring remnants of fire—what remains after the intensity fades. They carry a smoldering potential, a subtle strength that holds heat long after the flames have gone.
