Aditi Sinha | Soft

ArtLove Salon

part of a series on Soft

About the speaker

For October’s theme Soft, Aditi Sinha invites us into the quiet revolution of design, dignity, and subtle disruption. As Founder and Creative Director of Point of View (POV), a modern workwear brand challenging “pocket inequality,” Aditi explores how what seems soft or trivial — like the absence of pockets in women’s clothing — is often a reflection of deeper societal assumptions about who gets to move with ease, carry with confidence, or be taken seriously. Through her journey from leading marketing at Amazon and Chewy to launching a brand rooted in equality, storytelling, and function, Aditi reveals how soft power — persistence, empathy, thoughtful design — can spark real systemic change. In her world, softness isn’t weakness; it’s strategy, resilience, and cultural force.

Additional details

Aditi Sinha is the Founder and Creative Director of Point of View (POV), a modern workwear brand on a mission to end pocket inequality for women. Through the Pockets Pledge movement, Aditi dreams of a future where pockets — and other gender-based stereotypes — no longer limit how women move, work, or express themselves.

Before founding POV, Aditi led marketing at Amazon, Chewy, and high-growth tech startups, where she learned the art of building brands with both scale and soul. Today, her work sits at the intersection of equality, design, and storytelling - creating fashion that doesn’t just look good, but tells a story of capability, confidence, and change.

A lifelong dancer, Aditi finds rhythm and meaning in movement - both on the dance floor and in the way she leads, creates, and connects stories to purpose.
