台灣好室有限公司 (Hub Taiwan Co., Ltd.) 引進源自英國的共同工作空間 (co-working space) 與創業社群全球品牌 ─ Impact Hub 社會影響力製造所。

Impact Hub 是由各個在地空間所串連而成的全球網絡，扮演著創新實驗室、企業孵化器和社會創新社群中心等多元的角色，更是一個提供會員各種資源、靈感、合作機會與擴大社會影響力的獨特生態系統。全球第一個 Impact Hub 於 2005年在倫敦成立，發展至今於全球已有超過86個實體據點，擁有超過 15,000多名會員，全球據點和會員數持續成長中。

近期 Impact Hub 與 UNDP (聯合國發展計畫署) 共同合作，於各地的 Impact Hub 推行聯合國永續發展目標 (SDGs)，Impact Hub Taipei 於此計畫中也扮演不可或缺的角色。因為 Impact Hub Taipei 深信以此目標為號召，並以各地 Hub 實體空間為載體。將提供不同背景、專業和文化的會員彼此連結、交換想法與合作的機會，進而產生對全球永續發展的正面影響。
