When a restaurant’s coolers, fryers or POS systems stop working, business can’t go on as usual. Our friends at Repair Dog (previous working title) came to us with the idea for an app that quickly connects restaurant managers with service technicians when things go wrong. Think Uber for restaurant repair. The concepts of “maintaining the flow” and “humming along” were brought to life in the logo by the use of a continual line for the symbol and a custom wordmark. This extended into the icon and illustration styles, patterns and line art, along with a color palette that feels intuitive, yet friendly and optimistic.
