A crash-course with 21 coaching sessions for designers and design enthusiasts

It’s a program that initiated by Coworkinc and powered by BEKRAF (Badan Ekonomi Kreatif Indonesia) for 20 selected designers and design enthusiasts in Jakarta and Bandung. They started the program with personality assessment, continued with on boarding training and program orientation on the first week. On the second week, DDI developed their personal values with “Ide@ Jump Start” as the main topic. Kinara helped all the participants through Customer Development and Financial Literacy as well as ADGI through Design Thinking on the following weeks. On the fifth week, Kuka gived everyhting participants’ needed to know and learn about Marketing for The Millennials. And for the last learning week, again DDI discussed the basic values of “#Partnerwithme”. As a refresher, all participants were invited to visit 3M office. This program series was wrapped by pitching and demo day by all the participants who have been grown compared to their first day.
