In basketball the word crossover is defined as a dribbling maneuver in which a player dribbling the ball switches the ball rapidly from one hand to the other, to make a change in direction.

In the Joco’s world the word crossover defined his career and in some ways his life.

Joco works in the creative department as Project Specialist for the NBA’s Golden State Warriors. His day to day consists of managing creative types within the Marketing department to execute campaigns and ads of all sorts. When you look a little closer and listen to the story of his life his career and his path have "crossed over" numerous times. He’ll be the first one to tell you that it’s been due to his creativity in dealing with the one constant in most everyone’s life; the people around him.
