Life is short, but it feels long when you're going through it.
Providence (the muse) is attracted to courage.
"Мы живем, наверное, в самой насыщенной историей стране".
If you learn to truly be understanding, you'll learn to empathic, you'll learn to be tolerant and that will spill beautifully into the rest of your life.
If you do this, what you realize pretty quickly is that if you look at all the diversity in the entire world, all of the difference, even though that's pretty vast, the things that make us more similar are giant. Despite our vast diversity, we are peculiarly similar.
Learning about my roots connected me with others.
It's instinctual, when you love somebody, that you want to feed somebody.
To have purpose: you must know your roots, where you come from, and why you exist.
Without a purpose, things can seem bleak and meaningless. Purpose doesn't mean having to be the best. Purpose is a selfless reflection of our own experience.
We think of roots as where we come from... but really roots are the things that connect us to something that then fills us up and makes us our best selves.
Part of the message I was trying to express in my show was, ok, these are our things that we grew up with that are precious to us, and you can't take them.
I just didn't ever see, you know, my face and myself reflected in anybody.
If you don’t see yourself represented correctly or with dignity...don’t wait – just make it.
When I think of roots, I think of home. I think of the roots of who I am.
Roots are sustained and established by their eco-system.
So much of who we are is a manifestation of our roots.
j'aime ca quand on voit loin et qu'on voit rien
A Haiku: Public speaking fear This will be cathartic, right? Collective deep breath
"Hay una recomenpensa detras de cada paso que damos enfrentando el miedo"
I Can, I Will, I Must, I Am.

If you're giving bad vibes to someone or something, they're not gonna grow. I guess you could call this a study of life, not just of plants.
Plants have lived way longer than we have, so sometimes you just have to trust them. Sometimes things don't need all your effort and attention. Just see how things can grow organically.
Character is more important than intelligence or work ethic.
Everything evolves; step into your fullness.
Integrity, consistency and a strong worth ethic can take you further than being connected.
No matter how big you think you get, you’re never too big to serve.
The best recipes are unwritten: sometimes you have to get in the kitchen.
Associating your worth with winning is a set-up: what is meant for you will not pass you by.
Give yourself time to get stronger.
Nourish what's inside of you. It will change your total quality of life.
Find spaces that you can grow.
You need to explore. Find opportunities for you to create and for you to volunteer.
Once you've identified what's at your root system, you've got to rehydrate it. It's got to be in the right kind of soil, it needs water, and it needs sunlight in order to really thrive.
What makes you happy? What makes you sad? What excites you? What irritates you? These are the things you have to ask yourself in order to discover the seed that's inside of you.
Where do we go from here? We have to nourish that seed. Nourish the seed that's inside of us so that we can produce the fruit that we are really made to produce.
Rediscover what's inside of you, that moves you, that motivates you.
What is it that makes you come alive and makes you thrive? That's the sweet spot where you're getting back to your roots.
It wasn't providing myself with the nourishment I need to actually thrive as a person.
How strong is your root system? We need each other.
You teach people how to treat you by the boundaries you set in your life.
What would you do if you weren’t afraid of being judged? What could we do together?
Just showing up is the first way to get rooted in community.
When I change, my environment changes, people change. And then some magic can happen.
We don’t feel rooted when we have to prove our existence to ourselves and to others.
We all have one thing in common, and that is to be understood.
Hera are five skill you can start integrating and building within your team today. Do regular pulse-checks: Are we aware? Are we listening deeply? Are we being curious? Are we sharing and learning? Are we trying out another perspective?
