Workshop: Laser-Cut Nametags

Hosted by Brent Skidmore, UNC Asheville’s Public Arts and Humanities Chair, plus staff + students

Make your name known with a magnetic, laser-engraved nametag - handmade from the cutting-edge technology at UNC Asheville’s STEAM Studio. This one-hour workshop will include a tour of STEAM Studio with demonstrations of the fabrication equipment, computer- aided design technology, and hands-on experience using the laser-cutter, with faculty expertise.
