Willem Hoekstra

Willem Hoekstra is an associate managing director in the Kroll Cyber Risk practice, based in Hong Kong. Willem is specialized in operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management.

Willem joined Kroll in 2022, after serving more than 20 years in senior positions in the financial industry in Europe and Asia. His responsibilities focused on Business Resilience. He developed extensive hands-on experience in running Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Crisis Management programs: holistic operational resilience program involving every part of the organization.
