About the speaker

Hi, I am Nadine Nadler!

With a background of 20 years in brand and strategy consulting, I have worked on both the company and agency sides and currently hold the position of Brand Strategy Director at the strategy and design agency KMS TEAM. Highly interesting projects and partners and my deep intrinsic interest in human behavior and brain function led me to recently complete a degree in cognitive neuroscience. I am convinced that a better understanding of cognitive processes will shape our work environment and will influence consulting scopes and outcomes.

More importantly, throughout my career I have learned that this knowledge will help teams manage themselves more effectively, enabling each member to reach their full potential. We all seek fulfillment in our work, and to me, leadership means ensuring everyone is in the right position to excel at their strengths.
