Vinyasa Yoga for Revitalization

March 24, 9:30am - 10:15am EDT. Hosted at FieldTrips on Zoom

About this FieldTrip

This 45-minute yoga practice is intended to support the revitalization of your body. At a time when many of us have non-ergonomic work environments, are working on the internet more than ever before, doing all our things in the same 1-2 rooms and likely forgetting to breathe deeply, yoga is the perfect way to come back to your balanced being. In this practice, you’ll move through strong seated and standing postures and close with a relaxing restorative pose on your back. It is best if you have some previous yoga experience but you will be offered modifications and variations of postures.

You can use items around your home for props - like books instead of blocks or pillows and blankets from your sofa or bed. You might even put a towel down on the floor instead of a yoga mat.

Your Instructor Libby Nicholaou is a yoga teacher and community leader based in New York. Libby uses moderately paced vinyasa classes paired with breathwork to ground people in their physical body and create balance for their emotional being. Her classes create space for each practitioner to listen to their body and move with compassion. Outside of teaching, Libby runs Setu, an inclusive community for yoga practitioners.
