The best time to open our eyes is when our world is shattering into a million pieces.

Yet, so often we are scared of the unknown and want to escape from these discomforts. In this talk, Victoria will explore ways to build emotional resilience during these adverse situations in order to embrace the person we are becoming. How can we act authentically and ethically in times of desperation? How might we stay aligned with our values when in search of safe ground?

About the speaker

Victoria is a multi-faceted Australian designer who takes her empathetic soul into tackling creative challenges that can evoke an emotional and experimental response. Moving from Australia to the UK, she completed her Master's degree in digital experience design and is now currently based in Germany as a full-time product designer at Clue.

The constant movement in her life comes with its own set of challenges and uncertainty. Previously, Victoria has won the ADGA design Awards 2019 for several projects, ADAA Adobe XD Winner & Adobe Top Talent in 2019, and since then spoken at Adobe MAX 2019 – 2021.

It was the first of 105 events that I was unable to attend (for family reasons). All the more I was looking forward to the video of Victoria’s talk. Fantastic!

Loved this! I am sorry I wasn't able to attend in person, however you can feel Victoria's sensitivity and vulnerability through the screen. Hope to join next time.
