About the speaker

Verónica Rivera is a workshop facilitator, creative business coach, and writer, exploring the relationship between migration and creativity. In 2020, she founded a better side to support people with the mental challenges of migration and to find more creativity in daily life. Her workshops provide spaces for introspection, connection, and play through creative games and storytelling exercises. She has previously worked as a graphic and UX designer, researcher, event manager, and lecturer. Her favorite creative activities are writing, drawing, collage, crafts, and more recently hand embroidery.
