Vanessa Teodoro

Vanessa Teodoro, the artist previously known as The Super Van, is an illustrator and street artist living in Lisbon. Her visual identity is informed by an academic and professional background in graphic design and advertising, and especially influenced by her childhood in South Africa. Her style is defined by a complex battle between graphic patterns, figurative elements and sharp contrasts, all with a touch of chaos and humor.

For the past ten years, Vanessa has been dedicated exclusively to her art, collaborating with numerous internationally-renowned brands including Louis Vuitton, Jaguar, MTV, Vodafone, IKEA and others. She is especially drawn to street art and finds the challenge of painting large public murals very rewarding. In fact, you may have already seen some of Vanessa’s work at Entrecampos train station.
