I am, and will always be, a passionate entrepreneur driven to change the reality around us by building better alternative solutions than the ones we have today. I began my entrepreneurial journey right after graduating in business management, fully convinced that this was the path I wanted to pursue in life.
With no initial investment or support, in 2011 I founded my first serious internet company. That’s where DyqanTaxi was born—the first platform where many Albanians experienced online shopping for the very first time.
Throughout the growth of this company, I went through both successes and failures that strengthened me and gave me the confidence that today I can contribute to global innovation just as much as I once contributed to innovation in Albania.
Today, I serve as the President of the Albanian E-Commerce Association, co-founder of the Balkan Ecommerce Alliance, public speaker, and trainer in emerging technologies.
Most recently, I have dedicated myself entirely to solving the problem of declining motivation at work. I have launched my first product powered by artificial intelligence, which creates conversational agents that talk with employees, understand the most important aspects of their work experience, and help them perform better and feel better.
