You’re invited to connect with your innate strength, the physical and mental resources you have just below the surface you’ve forgotten about.

Your medium for learning will be movement. All you’ll need:
-A blanket to lie on
-A floor to stand on
-A wall to lean on
-Comfortable clothes to move in

The Feldenkrais Method® offers a unique, profound way to examine and change your habitual and often limiting ways of moving and thinking. By attending to how you move, by making small, slow, specific movements, you’ll discover how to improve the quality of your movement. Move little to go big!

You learn from your own experience, at your own pace, following verbal instructions rather than visual demonstration. The tools you’ll use are:
-Your awareness
-Your breath
-Your physical self

About your host I’m a Guild-certified Feldenkrais teacher. I’ve been teaching this modality for ten years. And before that, it’s been one of my core practices since 1996. It’s helped me and my students be more resilient both mentally and physically. Initial training as a teacher requires 800 hours to certify. Since then, I’ve engaged in more than 300 hours of advanced training.
