My journey with injury, concussion, and chronic health challenges, along with navigating life as a woman, immigrant, and entrepreneur, led me to seek options beyond conventional health and wellness spaces. These systems had failed me throughout my life. But I found something different that helped me, and for nearly ten years I have been helping others experience the same transformation. I am here for those who have tried everything, helping them finally move beyond modern life pain through mindfulness and bodywork that addresses the root cause of what keeps them stuck, not just the symptoms.

Exhale, and let it all go.

For years, we have been told that good posture is something we have to force, that if we just hold our bodies in the right position long enough, we will magically fix ourselves.

But rigid, forced posture is not sustainable.

A good posture is not about fixing anything. It is about reclaiming ease, stability, and natural movement, not locking yourself into an unnatural shape.

In this free class, you’ll learn how to:

✅ Let go of unnecessary tension and discover true support

✅ Activate deep postural muscles without clenching or bracing

✅ Use your breath to restore energy and presence

✅ Move in a way that feels strong, grounded, and natural

Let’s unlearn the myths and reclaim posture that actually works for you!


What to know or bring

  • Wear comfortable clothes.

  • Go barefoot.

  • Have a chair nearby, ideally one without wheels and with a firm seat.

How to make the most of FieldTrips

The FieldTrips experience is defined not only by what the host has to share, but also by how we show up individually and collectively. The way we show up impacts our capacity to be moved, inspired, and activated.

Show up fully

Get ready to be immersed! Engage with smiles, nods, waves, emojis. Share in the chat. Get cozy. Turn off notifications. Sip your favorite beverage.

Stay curious

Wear your beginner’s hat. Go with the flow. Welcome the stumbles and fumbles. Congratulate yourself for trying. Keep going! 

Celebrate your host

Our hosts are members of the CreativeMornings community—just like you! Everyone comes to this with different backgrounds—a lot of our hosts have never done anything like this before! And we love that! Cheer them on when something goes awry and when it goes perfectly.
