Tyler Hildebrand

Tyler Hildebrand is a Nashville based artist originating from Cincinnati. Through his travels he has worked as a high school football coach, art gallery owner, fork lift operator, and adjunct instructor. Tyler works in drawing, painting and sculpture, and has directed several independent/experimental films. Through this variety of media Tyler strives to lift the veil to the grotesque in society, representing the realities that people frequently shy away from. His work can be uncomfortable and crude, but always thoughtful and often humorous. Tyler is represented by David Lusk Gallery in Memphis and Nashville.
