🌲 Guided Meditation or "Journey": You can lie down or sit on a blanket, yoga mat, bench, hammock, or the floor. Once you're cozy, we will drop into a relaxed state using nature and our body's built in wisdom as our guide.

🌲Free Write: You'll have some quiet moments with yourself to reflect on what came up for you during the journey.

🌲Partner Share: Partners will take turns sharing and listening, then reflecting back what they heard. This is not a space for advice 😉—just attentive listening and gently reflecting your partner’s experience.

🌲Closing: We’ll take a few deep breaths together and each share a word or short phrase that captures how we’re leaving the space.
