We’ll explore personal development, spiritual insights, and real-life experiences (from practical motivation to reflective and spiritual perspectives inspired by books, podcasts, etc.).

This space is about sharing perspectives and supporting one another all while practicing the simple but powerful art of showing up consistently for our lives, our growth, and each other. AND while also acknowledging the pressure of always chasing “better.” We can be curious and inspired about growth, while also remembering how far we’ve come and have gratitude for where we are right now.

Hello! I’m Liliane - an entrepreneur, transformational mentor, empowerment leader, artist, speaker who loves personal growth and development.

I can dive into a good self-help book for hours! When I’m not doing that, you’ll find me painting or recharging in nature. I’m someone who believes creativity and stillness are just as important as ambition. If you’ve ever read something inspiring or insightful and thought, “I need to talk about this with someone,” you’re in the right place!

For over a decade, I’ve been creating grounded spaces for 1:1 coaching, in-person and virtual group workshops where people gather to strengthen resilience, deepen connection and embrace authentic expression.

When we feel heard and supported, we can better care for one another and our communities and that’s what I believe is where real, lasting positive change begins. That’s why I’m excited to host The Growth Café with my partner Robert, a space where we can do just that!

Hi! I’m Robert, a senior software developer and technical leader with 35+ years of experience building full-stack applications and distributed systems, mainly in .NET and JavaScript. I love solving complex problems, designing clean architectures, and helping teams ship reliable, scalable software. I’ve spent a big part of my career mentoring developers, improving development processes, and bridging the gap between business goals and technical execution.

Outside of tech, I’m driven by curiosity and exploration. I’m passionate about travel, new experiences, science (and science fiction!), serving my community, and diving into big ideas around energy, the environment, and why we are here. I also enjoy painting, music, and creating space for growth and connection through movement, creativity, and meaningful conversations.
